Sophie Molineux leads the most expensive buys in WPL Auction 2027. UP Warriorz signed her for ₹1.10 crore. Delhi Capitals bought Kiran Navgire for ₹75 lakh.
The top deals were not all big bidding wins. Many players went at their base price. That is the price where bidding starts.

Most Expensive Buys In WPL Auction 2027: Full Price Table

| 2 | Kiran Navgire | Delhi Capitals | ₹75 lakh |

Sophie Molineux Gets The Biggest Deal
Molineux was the only buy above ₹1 crore in this table. Her price was ₹35 lakh more than Navgire’s. UP Warriorz paid ₹60 lakh above her base price.
The Australia all-rounder gives the team a left-arm spin option. Her batting adds another skill. The purchase price alone does not decide her place in the XI.

Kiran Navgire Leads The Indian Buys
Navgire was the highest-priced Indian player in the checked table. Delhi Capitals bought the batter for ₹75 lakh. Her base price was ₹40 lakh.
Her deal sits between two clear price levels. It is below Molineux’s ₹1.10 crore. It is above the next pair at ₹40 lakh.

Base Price And Winning Bid: What Changed?
Base price and winning bid are not the same thing. The base price is the starting point. The winning bid is the amount the team pays.
| Player | Base Price | Winning Bid |
|---|---|---|
| Sophie Molineux | ₹50 lakh | ₹1.10 crore |
| Kiran Navgire | ₹40 lakh | ₹75 lakh |
Molineux’s bid rose by ₹60 lakh. Navgire’s rose by ₹35 lakh. A higher price is not a promise of more runs or wickets.
Jess Jonassen And G. Kamalini Share Third Place
Jonassen and Kamalini both sold for ₹40 lakh. Both deals matched their base prices. Their equal bids put them joint third by price.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru signed Jonassen. Gujarat Giants bought Kamalini. The two players fill different roles despite the same price.

Seven Buys Share The ₹30 Lakh Price
UP Warriorz bought four players in this group. They were Grace Harris and Sneh Rana. Asha Sobhana and Sushma Verma also joined at ₹30 lakh each.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru signed Tejal Hasabnis and Chloe Tryon. Gujarat Giants bought Orla Prendergast. All seven went at their listed ₹30 lakh base price.
The later official sold table confirms Hasabnis’s RCB deal. An earlier unsold update should not be read as her final status.
